Product Management

As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Learn rapidly and develop your product management instincts and mechanics through exposure across the Fleet Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
  • Create and manage discrete and comprehensive user stories based on roadmap and epic-level items.  
  • Own the development of meaningful features and product components that tie to the broader Fleet product roadmap.
  • Support, analyze, and improve operational processes that accelerate the team, including feature design review and testing, event tracking and analysis, and bug prioritization.
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings with project teams (engineering, design, test, marketing, etc.).
  • Create and own discrete data analytics projects related to Fleet.  


  • Have up to 2 years of experience in a relevant product role (PM, Program Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, etc.).
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or similar educational background that you leverage in being a great PM (CS, math, business, design, or possibly others).
  • Be excited about (and capable of) learning and digesting new information quickly.
  • Embrace the role of a PM in doing what is required to unblock and leverage others on the team.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a strong foundational knowledge of core technical and/or business strategy concepts (with an eagerness to learn more).
  • Demonstrate innate curiosity to learn how a business functions, and can learn new business models.
  • Be able to creatively solve problems with limited resources and input.
  • Demonstrate strong personal "soft" skills such as empathy, listening, mirroring and communicating in different methods dependent on individual preferences
  • Have excellent situational awareness - must be comfortable in dynamic customer environments and able to present our company well.

This role reports into the Product organization, and is based in the head office in Danville, California (SF Bay Area). Some amount of remote working is acceptable. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
